We will accept back tiles for credit if they meet the following criteria.

That they are in full unopened boxes.

That they are returned to The Stone and Ceramic Warehouse within one month of sale with the relevant invoice.

That the goods are undamaged

That the goods are not a natural material and they were not a special order.
